We have been coaching individuals as well as teams since 2002. Our clients are leaders in health care, business, community organizations and agencies. Our relationship with each person is built on the trust we earn and a co-active approach.
We only accept clients following an interview (in-person or by phone) to determine whether there is a mutual fit. A client retains us because she, or her organization, faces a challenge for which she needs additional expertise or she decided that coaching will be an excellent developmental experience. We work with every client to develop a coaching plan tailored to their needs whenever we commence an engagement.
Clients are located throughout the United States and abroad. During the TDG One on One coaching experience we communicate with a client in-person, by phone, email, video-conference and fax.
TDG has been providing Executive Coaching services since 2001.
